Modalities
I use a mixture of modalities, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which uses a blend of mindfulness, values exploration, and behavior change strategies to help you stay present, open, and aligned with what matters. It is important to me that you be the guiding voice in your therapeutic journey. You are the expert in your own life, so I will follow your lead and provide the support and guidance you need to do the difficult work.
Lens
I utilize Critical Race Theory (CRT), which brings an explicitly anti-racist, justice-informed, and system-aware lens to the therapeutic space. I do not solely look at distress through the lens of individual pathology or internal processes, but I instead help clients understand how racism, injustice, and generational trauma impact mental health, identity, and daily life, especially for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC).
Approach
My approach is rooted in Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, which takes a humanistic, holistic, and growth-oriented perspective, focusing on helping you meet fundamental needs as a foundation for self-actualization. I value radical self-love and body trust, which approaches healing through a deeply compassionate, affirming, and liberatory lens-working to dismantle internalized shame, especially around body image, identity, and worth.
My work is also rooted in self-compassion. This approach creates a space where you are encouraged to respond to yourself with kindness instead of criticism, understanding instead of judgment, and connection instead of isolation.

LGBTQ+ Identities
This is the space where you can obtain letters for gender-affirming surgery, embark on a journey of self-discovery within the LGBT+ spectrum, navigate the complexities of coming out, and find support in healing from experiences of discrimination. This is also a space for celebrating your Queerness and affirming the beauty, resilience, diversity, and humanity of queer and trans people.

Neurodivergence and adult ADHD
Navigating a neurotypical world can pose challenges, particularly if you receive a diagnosis later in life. This space provides an opportunity to delve into effective management skills and nurture the unique strengths that accompany having ADHD and Autism. I offer care that is neurodiversity-affirming, individualized, strengths-based, and grounded in a deep understanding of how our neurotypes affect emotional, social, sensory, and executive functioning.

Body trust and radical self love
If you are tired of diet culture, societal pressures, and white standards of beauty, this can be a space to get connected to the wisdom of your body and ways of loving your body unconditionally. Together, we’ll cultivate a healing relationship with yourself-one that gently unravels body shame, diet culture, and internalized oppression, while nurturing deep compassion and connection with your body and your whole self.

Multi-cultural and complex identities
This is an opportunity to embrace and celebrate your BIPOC or multi-racial/ethnic/cultural identities. I strive to create a space that is deeply attuned, identity-affirming, culturally humble, and grounded in a non-assumptive, anti-oppressive, and relational framework. This kind of care recognizes that identity is not one-dimensional and that healing requires holding the full complexity of how culture, race, ability, ethnicity, language, migration, gender, sexuality, class, religion, and family systems intersect in a person’s lived experience.

50 minute psychotherapy session costs $150
50 minute intake session costs $200*
*Intake sessions are a time to go over logistics, the intake documents you have filled out, and gather information for an initial diagnosis. This session will look different than the following sessions and I will need to ask clarifying questions and follow-up questions to ensure that I fully understand your needs going forward.
Insurance
I am in network with Premera, Lifewise, Regence, and Kaiser (all Kaiser plans and no authorization number needed).
If you have a different insurance provider, I can give you a superbill. You can submit this superbill to your insurance provider for partial reimbursement (call your insurance provider to find out the percentage of the reimbursement). Please check with your insurance to find out your copay and the amount of sessions they will cover each year.
I take credit card as payment and will set it to autopay.
